Going On 90

90 Days.
I can’t believe it. It’s been exactly

90 Days

Since I entered the airport at Manila,
Got on that fateful plane,
And left to begin, what so far is,
This

Crazy,

Mundane,

Unbelievable,

(Extra)ordinary

Journey.

I never expected it—
Wished for it, of course! But expected it?
Not really.
Then again, when you
Set your mind to something
And do what you can to achieve it,
How can you not find yourself
There(abouts) in the end?

It’s been a while since my last post, I know, and
I have a whole list long of
Entries I’ve been
Meaning to write but haven’t gotten around to—
As is typically the case, no? Entries on
Past events and thoughts:

  • The sights and history of Bologna (in 2 parts, most probably),
  • Byzantine Ravenna,
  • Making and breaking habits,
  • Social media,
  • Language proficiency,
  • Student Government, and
  • Daylight Savings

And future plans as well:

  • A break to Milan,
  • A “Career Trek” to Geneva,
  • Traveling from Geneva to Greece, and
  • A German Christmas Market

Hopefully. And I’ll maybe get to writing these up
In a few days? Or weeks?
Midterms and papers take first priority, at the moment—
What do you expect? The life of a
Grad student.
But in the meantime,
Can I just say:
Oh em gee,

90 Days.
